You decide how you see the world

Not the world itself. You decide to put fish in the sea, where there weren’t any; you decide to place sea stars, where there was just plain water. You decide whether your sea is blue, green, red or silver, darker or lighter. You decide where to place the corals. You decide whether your country has only one colour or is divided in two. You decide whether a whole continent is one coloured or is as many as your colourful mind allows you to paint it. You decide where you set your own borders, not the world.

You decide to be like everyone else and follow someone else’s rules, or you decide to follow your own rules and become your own self.
